❓ How does a tofu press work?
Simply line the press with muslin cloth, fill it with tofu curds, and fold over the cloth. Apply weight on top and let the tofu set. The longer you press, the firmer the tofu will be. Remove from the press and store in water in the fridge for up to 7 days, or enjoy immediately!
